June 3, 2026 - June 3, 2026Researchers from Ciberimaginario gave a session on the importance of communication in the field of management at the Università Federico II in Italy
In the context of the UPRAISE project, Professor Alejandro Carbonell-Alcocer and predoctoral researcher Nerea Benítez-Aranda, belonging to the Ciberimaginario research group, have given the session entitled “ Organizzazione del lavoro agile: prospettive di management pubblico e comunicazione ” at the « Università Federico II de Nápoles «, Italy.
The activity, held on May 19, took place within the framework of the Doctorate in Management program at the Federico II University and was aimed at second-year students. The session featured the participation of researcher Lucio Todisco and Professor Paolo Canonico, from the Department of Economics and Management Institutions at the Federico II University of Naples , and collaborators in the context of the European UPRAISE project.
The presentation was structured in two parts. First, it addressed organizational change management in the public sector as one of the main challenges for contemporary organizations. This first part provided context for the challenges associated with the transformation of public administrations, especially regarding the adaptation of work models, the reorganization of processes, and the incorporation of new professional skills.
The second part of the session focused on the relationship between management and communication, emphasizing the importance of communication processes in supporting organizational transformation. From this perspective, participants reflected on the role of communication in improving internal coordination, understanding institutional changes, and the relationship between public administrations and citizens.
The activity is part of the European project UPRAISE, which focuses on developing skills in advanced digital technologies and virtual environments applied to various professional fields. In this context, the session connected the perspectives of public management with strategic communication, highlighting the need to adapt public organizations to increasingly complex and digitalized changing environments.
